Same day appointments will not be able to be booked in person from 1st of June 2019. However they can still be booked on the telephone. If you urgently need to see a clinician, then ask the receptionist, who will book you with a nurse to assess the urgency.
Pre-bookable appointment for another day however are not affected.

As soon as you know you are pregnant you can self-refer to the maternity services by completing the self referral for antenatal care form.
If you are going to self-refer, could you please contact the surgery to inform us and we will be able to update your medical records.

All patients are required to take two forms of ID, one with your picture and one with your address. This is to ascertain whether you are a UK resident.
You’ll be asked to provide ID at your first maternity appointment, usually your 12-week scan. If your appointment is soon and you won’t be able to take them with you, don’t worry, you can take them to your next appointment.
